4 main technical characteristics and advantages:
4.1 Using physical refining machines and processes:
The physical refining production process adopted by the company has fully researched and reasonably absorbed advanced technologies at home and abroad, comprehensively summarized its many years of experience in oil refining projects, and has a domestic advanced level. Practice evaluations in several oil plants over the past few years have shown that the refining rate and various consumption indicators are better than the technological level of other domestic companies.
4.2 Domestic advanced level of packed deacidifying and deodorizing tower:
At present, the deacidification and deodorization towers generally used are of two types: plate type and packing type.
The biggest disadvantage of the layer deodorizing tower is that the oil layer is thick, the oil is easy to short circuit, and the oil stays in the tower for a long time. Therefore, the deacidification and deodorization effect, especially the deacidification effect, is much lower than the packed deodorization tower, but its thermal decolorization The effect is better.
Packed deodorizing tower uses oil distributor and packing to self-distribute, so that the oil is evenly separated in a thin film state. Its deacidification and deodorization effect is very significant. The disadvantage is that the oil stays in the tower for a short time and the thermal decolorization effect is poor.
In the 1990s, our company digested and absorbed the most advanced packed tower technology in the world, and developed a physical refining tower with a thermal decolorizer (equivalent to a plate tower) on the basis of this. Compared with the layered deodorization tower, the world's most advanced structured corrugated stainless steel packing can be used to evenly distribute the oil on the packing in a thin film state. The stripping steam runs countercurrently in multiple stages. The oil contact surface is large, the time is short, and the steam consumption is low (the stripping steam is only 30% of the steam consumption of the laminated deodorization tower, and the vacuum system steam consumption is only 45-60% of the steam consumption of the laminated deodorization tower). The loss of neutral oil due to splashing and hydrolysis is reduced, the operating cost is reduced, and the production capacity is increased. At the same time, the thermal decolorizer can be used to further reduce the color of grease. Its performance is far superior to that of the laminated deodorizer. Therefore, not only the deacidification and deodorization effects of the tower are improved, but also the amount of white clay is effectively reduced by thermally sensitive decoloring.
4.3 Innovatively developed the automatic temperature-controlling winterization crystallization process which is at the domestic advanced level:
The key to the process of the winterization extraction process is the temperature control of crystallization and crystallization, that is, it can be seen whether the crystallization temperature can meet the crystallization temperature curve. Our company uses a microcomputer to automatically control the winterization crystallization temperature system, so that the crystallization temperature can fully comply with the dewaxing crystallization theory cooling curve, so the grains are neat and uniform, the filtration speed is greatly accelerated, and the filter area is effectively reduced.
