New physical refining machine
The production process of physical refining machine is to remove the non glycerides from the crude oil through degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization.
Among them, deacidification is one of the important processes of oil refining, which is to remove free fatty acids from crude oil, and remove some impurities such as pigment, phospholipid, hydrocarbon and mucilage, as well as beneficial components such as tocopherol, sterol and sterol ester. At present, traditional deacidification methods are mainly used in industrial production, including chemical deacidification, physical deacidification (or steam refining) and mixed oil deacidification. Many oil scholars are looking for and inventing many new deacidification methods, including biological deacidification (or biological refining), chemical re esterification deacidification, solvent extraction deacidification, supercritical extraction deacidification, membrane separation technology deacidification, molecular distillation deacidification, liquid crystal deacidification, etc. Although these new methods overcome the shortcomings of traditional deacidification methods, there are still many shortcomings.
Traditional deacidification methods are usually used in industrial production, including chemical deacidification, physical refining (or deacidification) and mixed oil refining (or deacidification).
Chemical deacidification is also called alkali refining deacidification. At present, it is the most commonly used method in industry by using chemical refining machine. The production process of chemical refining machine is usually to add alkali to degumming oil to make alkali react with free fatty acid and precipitate in the form of soap foot. Some impurities are also absorbed by the soap foot, which is removed by centrifugal separation. Chemical deacidification, usually using caustic (sodium hydroxide). Neutral oil is hydrolyzed under the action of alkali, resulting in a large amount of oil loss; in addition, the neutral oil contained in the soap foot also causes the loss of neutral oil.
The formation of soap foot needs sulfuric acid acidification, which causes a lot of waste water and pollutes the environment. The amount of oil consumption depends on the acid value content of crude oil. The higher the acid value content, the greater the oil consumption. The deacidification is complete and the quality of oil is stable.
The deacidification of the new-type physical refining machine is a method of using the double tower coupling deacidification process to remove the acid value, unsaponifiable matter and odor matter with the steam through the grease under the condition of high vacuum. Physical deacidification uses physical refining machine. Compared with chemical deacidification, physical refining machine has no soap foot, so it has low oil consumption, high oil quality, simple operation, less steam, water and power, low investment, and some heat sensitive pigments (carotenoids) and odor substances are removed with steam stripping.
The deacidification of the new physical refining machine has the advantages of large output, no soap foot, low overflow and less pollution to the environment. However, the physical refining machine is very strict in the pretreatment of crude oil, which is not suitable for the heat sensitive cottonseed oil, and the polymer and trans acid produced by the oil at high temperature.
