    The operation process of the full continuous refining machine is that the crude oil is filtered through the crude oil filter to remove impurities, and then sent to the heat exchanger for preheating. After entering the heater, it enters the mixer and adds phosphoric acid. The mixer is mixed with the lye, and the soap feet are separated by a centrifuge after staying in the alkali refining retention tank.
    The oil is pumped into the centrifugal mixer after being heated by the plate heat exchanger, and the lye is added to the refining mixing tank. Enter the dish centrifuge to separate the soap feet. The oil is mixed and washed with hot water in the centrifugal mixer and hot water, and then dewatered in the butterfly centrifuge to separate the residual soap and water.
    The decolorizing tower is added with white clay to decolorize. The decolorized oil is pumped into a leaf filter for filtering and then sent to a safety filter for filtering.
    The decolorized oil is pumped into the gasifier to remove the air, enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the deodorized oil, and then enters the heat-conducting oil heater to heat and enter the deodorizing tower.     
    The high acid value oil enters the coupled deacidification tower to deacidify and deodorize.
    The deodorized and deodorized oil is pumped from the bottom and pumped into a heat exchanger to exchange heat with the oil to be deodorized. After cooling, the product oil is obtained, and the entire process of the fully continuous refining machine is completed. Sunflower oil, corn oil, tea seed oil, rice bran oil, etc. contain a small amount of fat (wax) and need to be degreased (wax).
