Therefore, the acid value of rice bran oil dewaxing, filtration temperature should not be less than 20℃.
   The dewaxing process adopted by the rice bran oil refining machine is as follows: the bran oil after vacuum dewatering is put into the crystal tank and cooled under slow agitation to make the oil temperature around 24h, from 70.C goes down slowly and evenly to 25℃. Continue to stir slowly and keep the oil temperature constant. Feed the crystals for more than 48h.Oil should be kept at 25 ℃. The increase of filter temperature can accelerate the filtration efficiency and reduce the oil content of wax paste, but the wax content in dewaxing oil will increase, the cloud point will increase and the transparency will become worse.The lower filtration temperature can reduce the wax content in the oil, reduce the cloud point and improve the transparency, but it will significantly reduce the filtration oil rate and increase the oil content of the wax paste.In practice table: dewaxing temperature of rice bran oil with acid value of 20-30 (KOH)/(mg/g) is controlled at 20-25℃. the comprehensive effect is better.
