    1. The extraction oil plant is a Class A explosion-proof unit. The establishment of a new plant has certain restrictions on the surrounding conditions.
    2. There should be no railway around the extraction workshop, it should not be built near the school, and it should not be close to the residential area and cultural relics protection units. There should be no high-voltage lines above the workshop, and no flammable and explosive items should be stacked around the workshop.
    3. The factory area should be designed by professionals, and the logistics flow of each workshop must be correct and reasonable. A safe distance must be left in the workshop, and fire protection channels must be reserved.
    Drainage should be reasonable, and the layout of the workshop should consider factors such as natural and objective conditions such as wind direction and geological hardness.
