2.1 Storage

2.2 Magnetic separation cleaning
Use a magnetic separation drum to remove iron, and use a flat rotary sieve to screen with a layer of sieve surface. The front section of the sieve hole is Ø6 and the back section is Ø4. It is required that the rapeseed contains less than 1% impurities after cleaning.

2.3 Conditioning and softening
In order to moisten and evenly transfer mass, build 2 small stainless steel silos in front of the tempering, spray water before feeding, keep the rapeseed wet for 6-12 hours according to the quality of the rapeseed, and control the water content to 9-10%. 2.4 Peeling rapeseed

2.5 Rolling

2.7 Squeeze
The ZX338 press is adopted, the pressing temperature is ≥95°C, the water content is 4-6%, the cake thickness is 10-11mm, the residual oil is adjustable in the range of 16-18%, and the back-pressing amount is 13%. If the pressing temperature is above 105°C, the water content is 4-4.5%; if the pressing temperature is 90°C, the water content is 5.5%. 2.8 Flap cooler

3.3 Horizontal seed frying machine instead of steaming wok

3.4 The relationship between the impurity content, solids, oil content, temperature and moisture of rapeseed in the press chamber of the oil press

As the pressure of the pressing chamber increases, the oil outflow channel becomes narrower, and the pressure and consumption increase. The skin content decreases from 16-17% to about 4%, which has almost no effect on the pressure. A long relaxation time is provided to allow the oil to flow out, so the rheological requirement of the oil is to maintain a certain amount of peeled rapeseed in the press.
As the moisture of rapeseed increases, the solid pressure in the pressing chamber decreases, but the solid pressure has nothing to do with the pressure along the pressing axis. Water and cell walls colloidally bond and shape, and oil flow decreases as pressure increases. Therefore, it is required that the rapeseed contains 3-4% skin and 4% moisture during cold pressing, and the unpeeled rapeseed is pressed at a temperature of 105-110°C and a moisture of 4-4.5%.
The slag oil content of the slag machine is 60%, and the slag discharge is 15-20%. The inner smooth bore cannot build up the pressure of the squeeze chamber, and the residual oil rises.
