Screw prepress
Spiral pre-press is a continuous spiral oil press, suitable for vegetable oil plant pre-pressing-leaching or double-pressing process, used to treat oily oilseeds such as rapeseed, peanut kernel, sunflower seed, cotton seed kernel, etc.

Features of screw prepress
1) The squeeze cage shell is supported by a hinge shell, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly;
(2) The cake is made of a combination of mechanical automatic cake preparation and manual cake preparation (depending on the user's choice), and there is an indication of cake thickness;
(3) The full set of screw presses is a dense palace closed assembly structure, which effectively prevents oil residue from penetrating into the main shaft, and it is very convenient to disassemble and replace the screw presses;
(4) The chassis is equipped with an oil residue separation structure, which can initially separate the oil residue mixture that has been squeezed out, reducing the burden of filtering equipment in the oil plant;
(5) Depending on the process of the pre-press workshop and the conditions of the workshop, it can be equipped with or without auxiliary steaming wok;
