Palm oil machines include
1. Sterilization equipment: put the palm fruit string into the horizontal or vertical fermenter and heat for 90 - 120 minutes. The purpose of sterilization is to destroy lipase so as not to increase the content of free fatty acid in oil. At the same time, the high temperature can make the fruit soft, palm oil extraction equipment, easy to thresh, easy to separate the core.
2. Threshing machine: the fermented palm fruit string is sent to the threshing machine for threshing.
3. Mashing equipment: the purpose of mashing and cooking is to tear the skin of the fruit, separate the pulp and core of the palm fruit, and destroy the cell structure of the palm fruit to facilitate oil production.
4. Press machine: after the above steps, palm fruit is sent to the screw press, large-scale palm oil extraction equipment. After being pressed, palm oil is divided into: oil, water, mixture of solid impurities and cake (fiber and core)
5. Clarification (crude oil purification): this step is to obtain relatively pure palm crude oil.
Palm oil machine also includes the main equipment commonly used in the separation process of palm oil refining equipment
(1) crystallizer of palm oil refining equipment: it is an equipment that provides suitable crystallization conditions for palm oil crystallization.
(2) crystal tank of palm oil refining equipment: it is an equipment that provides conditions for the growth of palmitol crystals.
(3) palm oil refining and separation equipment: it is the equipment for separating palm oil. At present, there are plate and frame filters, vertical blade filters, dish centrifuges, etc. At present, vacuum filter and high-pressure membrane filter will be used in palm oil refining and separation process

Palm oil machine
Palm oil machine is designed with palm fruit receiving station: palm fruit oil mill receives fresh fruit string (FFB) and palm fruit cage for loading. It adopts hydraulic control system. According to our experience, some palm oil plants use concrete structure, but it is not conducive to cleaning. Now, we use steel material, guardrail structure. Some impurities will drop to a conveyor, impurities will be transported outside, which is easier for cleaning.
Palm oil machine is designed with a plant sterilization station for palm fruit.
For large-scale palm fruit machine, we use horizontal disinfection cabinet, which can produce continuous increase in effectiveness.
The disinfection station adopts high-quality materials, with low failure rate and easy maintenance.
The disinfection station can be designed according to the requirements of customers. We can also design horizontal disinfection pot. We can also provide vertical disinfection pot for our customers.

Palm oil machine also includes thresher: palm oil factory palm fruit thresher is used for single empty fruit string and palm fruit parallel.
As far as we can design the thresher capacity, we usually have a spare one.
Empty fruit strings from the thresher will be transported outside and can be used as fertilizer in palm orchard. Sterile palm fruit will be passed on to the next station.
In the threshing station, we use steel structure, which is easy to clean, operate and maintain.
Presser: palm oil press station includes biogas tank and oil pressure.
The sterilized palm fruit from the thresher is transmitted to the biogas digester. There is a blade digester, the blade will pass through the motor, it is rolling at the top of the digester. The peel of the palm fruit can be crushed by a blade, except we will fill the steam digester with heat. Palm pulp cells can be destroyed under high temperature, after which we can get higher oil yield.
