    Uneven steaming of the pot: During inspection, if the steam vent holes of the steamer are blocked or rusted, the steam vent holes should be cleared; if the billet pastes the bottom of the pot in the middle and lower pots, the distance between the scraper and the bottom of the pot can be adjusted; The scraper is twisted and worn, and the scraper should be replaced. If the raw material is not steamed and cooked properly, the limit switches, contacts and floating plates should be adjusted to coordinate their actions.
    Belt oiling does not pick up material: the lower part of the conveyor of the bucket elevator has accumulated too much oil, causing blockage, you can open the panel door at the lower part of the conveyor to clear the accumulated oil.
   Screen cloth oil goes unilaterally: During inspection, if the screen surface is not horizontal, adjust the length of the left and right booms to be equal; if the screen body is twisted, adjust the eccentric shaft to make it vertical to the frame.
During the use of the new oil press, the hard shells in the oil are dry and dry, and the resistance is large. Body temperature is low. Hard objects enter the press chamber with the oil; remove the hard shell and adjust the moisture of the oil.
