Cold press is suitable for pressing vegetable oils such as peanut kernels, depilated cottonseeds, rapeseeds, sunflower seeds, soybeans, corn germ, tea seeds, hemp maple seeds, safflower seeds, linseed, almond, hemp seeds, peppercorn seeds and other vegetable oils. In the cold pressing process, the net raw materials can be directly pressed.
Main features of cold press:
(1) The double-screw oil press mechanism has no sliding bore meshing spiral vice technology and strong propulsion. The pressure in the press barrel is large and the oil is squeezed clean in one pass.
(2) The specially designed double spiral shaft has a large theoretical compression ratio. The oil material is compressed and expanded 5 times in the press chamber to achieve a strong squeeze of the thick material layer and the thin material layer.
